Andrey A. Chirikhin is a Russian citizen. He has more than five years of professional experience holding positions such as Associate Director of Venture Capital, Director of Research, Deputy General Director and Marketing Manager. Mr Chirikhin graduated in 1996 from the Moscow Institute for Physics and Technology with a Master of Science in Applied Math and Informational Technology. Mr Chirikhin is also a candidate for the Certified Financial Analyst certification and speaks Russian, English and French. He plans to return to Russia at the completion of his studies at INSEAD.

Tajana Tomasic

Tajana Tomasic is a citizen of Croatia. She has more than four years of professional experience having held positions such as Assistant to the General Manger for Bank Austria Creditanstalt Croatia and in the Legal Department and World Bank Loans Department for the Croatian Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Ms Tomasic graduated in 1993 from the University of Zagreb Law School with an LL.B. She has also completed graduate studies in International Relations and International Trade and Finance at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna, Austria.

Ms Tomasic speaks Croatian, English, German, French and Spanish. She began the Master of Business Administration program at INSEAD in September 1999 and will graduate in Spring 2000. Ms Tomasic plans to return to Croatia at the completion of her studies at INSEAD.

Ms Tomasic has been offered the opportunity to present her own "Vision for Europe" during this year's Vision for Europe Award Ceremony to be held in Luxembourg on 11 November 1999.
