Edmond Israel Foundation announces recipient of 2002 Vision for Europe Award: Mr Guy Verhofstadt, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium The Edmond Israel Foundation today announced that His Excellency Mr Guy Verhofstadt, Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Belgium will be this year's recipient of the Edmond Israel Foundation Vision for Europe Award. The award ceremony is sponsored by Clearstream International and will take place at the Hémicycle, Centre Européen, rue du Fort Thüngen in Luxembourg at 18:00 on 29 April 2002. Among others, the ceremony will include presentations by Mr André Roelants, Chairman of the Edmond Israel Foundation and President and CEO of Clearstream International and H.E. Jean-Claude Juncker, Prime Minister of Luxembourg. André Roelants will conduct the award ceremony, Edmond Israel will present the award to Mr Verhofstadt.
