Edmond Israel Foundation to Sponsor Students from Central European Countries The Edmond Israel Foundation today announced that it would sponsor four students from central Europe and provide them with the opportunity to study for the Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at INSEAD, Fontainebleau. A number of potential candidates will be nominated by INSEAD and a Selection Committee, drawn from among the directors of the Foundation, will finalise the selection process. The Foundation is a non-profit making organisation and one of its key aims is to support and promote research and study by way of providing financial assistance and scholarship to promising individuals; this sponsorship project makes a significant overall contribution to the Foundation’s purpose. André Lussi, Chairman Edmond Israel Foundation commented: 'We are delighted to offer four young people the opportunity to enter the MBA programme at INSEAD and recognise that such individuals are our future, the intellectual capital on which tomorrow’s societies will be built. This project will make a direct contribution to an expanding regional Europe; this is wholly complementary to the Foundation’s purpose.'
